What we collect

The price form collects the building type, number of flats and storeys, why you need an assessment and the building postcode. To request a quote, you also give your name, email and mobile number, and optionally a deadline and notes. Please don’t include residents’ names, medical information or other sensitive details.

Why we use it

We use your details to consider your quote request and, if appropriate, contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp. This is processing to take steps at your request before a possible contract. Understanding how the site is used and keeping it secure are our legitimate interests. If we contact you through WhatsApp, Meta also processes information under its own terms. We don’t add you to a marketing list or sell your information.

Where it is kept

Quote requests are emailed to our monitored inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend and our email provider keep messages under their own policies. We delete request emails from our inbox within 90 days.

Usage counts

We count page views, prices shown and quote requests started, grouped by broad campaign source. These are counts, not profiles. We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our host may keep short-lived operational logs. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives normal connection information such as your IP address.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, by contacting gcsloane@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
